Northwest Snowshoeing

We found this area one day by accident. We got in the car and headed up Hwy 2 toward Stevens Pass. It was well into the season so the snow was low. We headed up N.F. 6024 until the Subaru couldn't make it any farther. Strapped on the shoes and continued walking. The snow was deep and and pristine. It was quite a workout but not technically difficult.
